Most messages we receive fall into one of three categories. Telling us which one applies helps us route your request faster:

  • Delete my account and resume we permanently remove your uploaded resumes, scan history, and personal information from our systems after verifying your identity. A small number of records (such as billing history) may be retained where required by law.
  • Data access or export (GDPR / CCPA) we provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a portable format, typically within 15 days after verifying your identity.
  • Subscription billing or invoice for paid users, we provide formatted invoices including your billing address and tax identification number where applicable.

How fast will I get a reply?

Most messages receive a substantive response within one business day. Billing and subscription questions are answered same-day during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm UTC).

How do I delete my resume and account?

Email us from the address associated with your account and ask to delete your data. After we verify your identity, we permanently remove your uploaded resumes, scan results, and personal information from our systems. A small number of records (such as billing history) may be retained where required by law.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

Yes. Every active subscription is invoiced through our payment provider, and the invoice is available from the billing portal inside your account. If you need an invoice formatted for an employer or other payer (including a specific billing address or tax identification number), email us and we will issue one within one business day.
